Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Promethium Technologies ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By engaging our services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

1. Scope of Services

We offer web design, branding, and related services to businesses. Specific deliverables, timelines, and costs will be defined per project via our web design request form and direct client communication.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Make timely milestone payments
• Participate in project-related decisions
• Supply content and branding assets as required

We are not liable for delays caused by incomplete client submissions or unresponsiveness.

3. Deposits and Payment Terms

• A non-refundable deposit is required before any work commences.
• Additional milestone-based payments are due before subsequent phases of the project begin.
• Work may be paused or terminated due to missed payments.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are not available once work on a project has commenced or a major milestone has been reached. Clients may request revisions or scope clarifications, but no monetary refunds will be issued under those circumstances.

5. Intellectual Property

• We retain ownership of all assets until full payment is received.
• Upon final payment, ownership of the final delivered website and materials is transferred to the client.
• We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

Promethium Technologies will not be held liable for:

• Client misuse of delivered websites
• Client-generated content, opinions, or activities
• Any loss, damages, or liabilities arising from client-side operations

Clients assume full responsibility for their own use of the services and materials provided.

7. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Promethium Technologies harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of:

• Your use of our services
• Content you provide or publish
• Breaches of these Terms

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services for violations of these Terms or other unethical conduct. Termination does not release the client from payment obligations incurred before the termination.

9. Dispute Resolution

We strive to resolve all disputes amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Nigeria.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Clients will be deemed to have accepted any changes by continuing to use our services.
