Refund Policy

Effective Date: May 1, 2025

Promethium Technologies (“we,” “our,” “us”) maintains a strict no-refund policy to protect the integrity of our service process and ensure that project resources are appropriately allocated. By engaging with our services, you agree to the following conditions:

1. Non-Refundable Deposits

All deposits paid prior to project commencement are non-refundable. These deposits cover project preparation, resource scheduling, and preliminary consultation, which begin immediately upon payment receipt.

2. No Refunds After Work Begins

Once active development or any form of production begins on your project, you are no longer eligible for a refund under any circumstance. This includes, but is not limited to:

Initial wireframing or prototyping
Design mockups
Backend development or database setup
Content or branding integration

3. Milestone Payments

Payments made at defined project milestones are also non-refundable once work for that milestone has been initiated. Clients are encouraged to thoroughly review the scope and deliverables prior to milestone initiation.

4. Change Requests & Revisions

We are open to change requests and minor revisions within reasonable limits. These revisions do not entitle clients to refunds. Additional fees may apply for scope expansions.

5. Project Termination by Client

If the client terminates a project prematurely for any reason:

No refunds will be issued for any payments made up to that point
We reserve the right to invoice the client for work completed or initiated but not yet paid for

6. Exceptions

Refunds will only be considered in the event of:

Proven fraud (unauthorized transaction)
Duplicate payments

Requests for exceptions must be sent to support@promethiumtechnologies.com.ng within 5 business days of the triggering event.

7. Agreement

By engaging our services and submitting payment, you explicitly agree to abide by this Refund Policy and waive any entitlement to refunds outside the stated exceptions.
